Susan is the President of Centennial Mortgage, Inc. She started Centennial Mortgage, Inc. in 1995. Susan knew she could provide a better experience for clients as a Mortgage Broker, which gives her more control over the loan process.

She has assisted thousands of borrowers obtain the dream of home ownership. Many of her prior clients ask Susan to facilitate a second home purchase and also refer their children to Susan for help buying their first home. She has a passion for helping clients understand the integral role a mortgage plays in their financial future.

As a prior Financial Planner, she brings knowledge to her clients about options for their home buying needs. She often helps first-time home buyers align their credit score and savings for the best loan options.

Susan shares her extensive knowledge of factors that will help buyers increase their credit score as they are working toward home ownership. She and her husband Jim are the parents of two children, and two grandchildren. Tennis, pickle ball and golf are sports she enjoys.
